Design Development Refined plans with dimensions, room layouts, door/window schedules. $1,000 – $2,500 Week 2–3
Full Working Plans (CD Set) Complete construction documents: design, site plan, details, sections, schedules. $2,500 – $6,000 Week 3–5
Structural Engineering Engineer-stamped structural calculations and drawings. Required for walls removed, additions, ADUs. $1,500 – $4,000 Week 4–6
Title 24 / Energy Calcs Required for all permits. Compliance with California energy code. $400 – $800 Week 5
Permit Filing Submittal to city, corrections management, plan check responses (up to 3 rounds). $500 – $1,500 Week 6–8+

Richard produces 2–3 concept floor plan options. Client reviews and picks direction. Revisions incorporated.

Weeks 3–5
Full Construction Documents
Complete permit-ready plan set produced. All sheets: A1 site plan, A2 floor plan, A3 elevations, A4 sections/details, structural, energy.

Week 5–6
Permit Submission
Plans submitted to city building department. PermitBot monitors status daily and sends alerts on corrections.

Weeks 6–8+
Plan Check & Approval
City reviews plans. Corrections handled using the RHDP17 AI correction pipeline. Permit approved. Construction can begin.
